Researchers must be qualified in the medical field and submit their abstracts between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025.

Abstract preparation guidelines

  • Originality: Work must be original. Avoid self-plagiarism or reusing previous studies without proper citation.
  • Abstract structure: Introduction – Methods – Results – Conclusion.
  • Clarity & accuracy: Ensure the text is clear, concise, and free of errors.
  • Graphical abstract: Include a visual representation of results whenever possible.
  • Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords to help index the research.
  • Length: 250–300 words maximum.
  • Deadline: Submissions received after 31 December 2025
